FAQs

What do I need to get started?

You will need access to free weights at the minimum. You will need commitment to bettering yourself & understanding that substantial results do not happen overnight. You will need to have grace with yourself through this growth period.

Do I need a gym membership?

You do not need access to a gym. Plans can be built out & catered to the client’s situation.

What occurs during the consultation?

During the 30 min consultation (can be longer based on situation), we will discus your current habits regarding water intake, diet, sleep & exercise habits. We will also begin to understand the obstacles you face or may face and setup a plan of attack on how to conquer.

Will I receive communication from you through the process?

You may reach out to me during the day at any time. I will try to get back to you as soon as possible. This could be regarding any questions (form, diet, mentality & obstacles) You also have the opportunity to ask questions during the twice a week check-in.

Will the program be too difficult for me to handle?

I build individualized programs that you can stick to and do not end up in burnout. We will progressively reach higher goals as you build the discipline. I will not throw you into the lion’s den..immediately.

Do you do in-person training?

I do in-person training if the client is local to the Metro Detroit Area. Home workouts can be accommodated.

What experience do you have that qualifies you to online coach?

I have obtained a NASM CPT & NASM Nutrition coaching certification. This gives me the opportunity to coach clients through workouts, build workout plans, analyze progress and give diet recommendations based on US Health Guidelines.

How long till I can see results?

Every body is different but you can typically aim for about seeing visual changes within 5 - 6 weeks. Transformations can take 10 - 12 weeks but again, every body responds to resistance training differently.

Should I wait till I’m a bit fitter?

My job is to assist you and accelerate the process to get to your goals using my knowledge, experience & connection as a trainer. Individuals that are fresh to resistance training typically see quick results. You do not need to wait in fact waiting may be the last thing you want to do. Your time is now.

Do I have to stop eating the foods that are holding me back?

You do not have to stop indefinitely, but you will have to reduce anything that is considered junk substantially. I ask that the first 2-3 weeks you abstain from your pleasure foods to start off strong & reset your palette.

How can I be sure that I’ll get the results?

If you complete all workouts, stay consistent, reflective & patient with the program you will undeniably see results.
